First off, I absolutely love the title you chose for this work of art, it immediately drew my attention and made me click on the thumbnail.
This shot is amazing, some might argue that it is a bit too dark, or that there isn't a very sharp focus, but I don't think so, the focus is very subtle, it's on the trees which adds so much power to the photo, yet the water and it's color adds a great deal of strength to the ambiance as well. The fog/mist is simply perfect but what I love the most is that we can notice the shadows of more trees behind the trees in focus, and those trees are lost in the mist and it is so freaking magical.
